Shipping & Delivery Attn: APO Shipments. Please call us to place your order if shipping to an APO address. We will calculate exact hipping rates for you. Shipping charges are now calculated for each shipment individually. To calculate your shipping charges, add items to the shopping cart and enter your country and zip code in the shipping estimator located on the shopping cart page. We use real time shipping calculations for both US and international shipments to save you more money. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us. We ship all items out the next business day via the method you chose.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have received, you may return the unused product(s) for store credit, exchange, or a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Once we have received and approved your returned product(s), you can expect to receive a full refund to your credit card within 7 to 10 business days. Please allow up to 30 days for this refund to visible on your credit card statement.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for products that HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED, WORN, WASHED, ALTERED, VIEWED, or RIDDEN.
Custom assembled complete skateboards cannot be returned, including skateboard decks that have grip tape applied to them.
Pre-assembled completes may be returned.
Skateboard decks that are broken by improper foot placement or misuse cannot be returned.
Manufacturer and workmanship defects, such as delaminating and warping, must be handled directly with the brand manufacturer.
Please note: Items designated as CLEARANCE are non returnable.

Return Instructions
To return an item for store credit, exchange, or full refund, please email or call (910) 632-0013 for Return Authorization and return instructions.
In order to serve you in the fastest, most efficient manner, please provide us with a copy of your invoice or your Billing Name, Order Number, Returned Item Description along with your reason for returning the product.
Ship the item(s) back per the return instructions you receive.
Returns are processed within 72 hours after we receive the returned products. Shipping charges are non refundable.

You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by calling (910) 632-0013 M-F 8:30am-5:30pm EST. We have real time inventory on our site and all orders will be shipped out the following business day once your order has been placed. Rest assure, if we see any orders that do not have components that work well together, we will notify you before your products are shipped. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment for orders is made when you check out. We do our best to give you the best prices online for skate products. Prices are non negotiable. We run promotions all the time but the promotion prices are only good during the time the promotion is running.

Viewing Orders
To view orders you must log into the account you created during your checkout process and click on the order history link. To track your order, click on the track order link at the top of your account page. Tracking emails will also be sent after your order ships regardless if you create an account or not. If you did not create an account you cannot view your order history or track orders from our site. You will need to contact us for information regarding your order information.

Updating Account Information
If you need to update your account information, you can log in and make edits at anytime. Please make sure all your billing and shipping information is correct when you begin your checkout process. If you need to change your order information after your order has been placed, please call us directly so that we can accurately update and modify your order.

Privacy & Security
You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express card or PayPal for all of your purchases in a 100% safe and secure environment using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) with your privacy protected. All Credit Cards transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway; or, if you choose, you may process your card through PayPal. You also have the option to check-out using the send payment method via mail for money orders or checks.

Our servers (as most) track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements. This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or week, pages with errors and how effective our advertising has been. This information is not used for any other purpose.

Personal Information Collected - Order Forms
With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service. You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by e-mailing us at with your request. We do not store any type of credit card information.
